Delivery
Kiky Florist arranges and coordinates your order, which is prepared and delivered by an independent local or partner florist in or near the delivery area. The fulfilling florist and exact arrangement may vary by location and seasonal availability, and substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to ensure on-time delivery.
Delivery dates and times are estimates. While we make every effort to deliver on the requested date, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds
You may change or cancel an order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery by contacting us; once an order is in preparation or out for delivery it can no longer be changed. Because flowers are perishable we don't accept returns, but if your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

User Conduct
You agree not to:
