What is your delivery window?

Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM local time, fulfilled by local partner florists in your area. For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 6:00 PM local time in eligible areas; same-day availability depends on the recipient's location and local florist capacity and is not guaranteed in all areas. You can select your preferred delivery date during checkout.

Can I modify my order?

You may change or cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery by contacting our customer service team. Once your order is in preparation or out for delivery, it can no longer be changed.

What is your freshness guarantee?

We aim for your flowers to remain beautiful for at least 7 days from delivery. Because flowers are perishable we don't accept returns, but if your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
