— the quick version
Everything people usually ask before sending flowers. Still unsure? A real person is one call away.
Talk to a florist
Help with orders, timing, and custom requests.
Yes — place your order by 6 PM in the recipient's local time and it goes out the same day. Orders placed after that are delivered on the next available day.
Most deliveries arrive between 9 AM and 7 PM on weekdays, with shorter windows on weekends. We can't promise an exact time, so if timing matters, give us a call and we'll do everything we can.
Absolutely. We regularly deliver to hospitals, funeral homes, churches, schools, and businesses. Add the room number, department, or service details to the address line so the arrangement reaches the right person.
Our driver will leave the arrangement in a safe spot, or with a neighbor or building concierge when possible. If neither is an option, they'll leave a notice and we'll redeliver the next business day.
Your florist follows the design, colors, and style shown. If a particular bloom is out of season, they'll use one of equal or greater value that keeps the same look and palette.
Every arrangement is covered by our 7-day freshness guarantee. If the blooms fade early, reach out and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
You can change or cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Same-day orders need to be cancelled within one hour of placing them — just give us a call.
